Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev have signed a strategic partnership agreement between the two countries.
According to Oxu.Az, this was reported by the press service of the Georgian government.
The document was signed in Astana during Kobakhidze's official visit to Kazakhstan. After negotiations between government members of the two countries, memorandums were also signed in the fields of culture, information technology, and tourism.
Additionally, according to the Georgian government, Tokayev awarded Kobakhidze the Order of Friendship, First Class.
