According to DownDetector, complaints started coming in around 17:30 Baku time.

Reports of the outage have been received from the US, Canada, Brazil, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, and other countries.

Some users also reported problems with the OpenAI website and the ChatGPT mobile app.
