According to Oxu.Az, British scientists' research published in The Guardian reports this.
One of the study authors says engaging in art and attending cultural events is beneficial for mental health and is also considered a form of physical activity.
However, researchers emphasize that slowing down aging does not necessarily mean longer life. They note that further studies are needed to fully determine the direct link between art and longevity.
