A helicopter crash in southern Poland has killed a 30-year-old pilot. The aircraft, a Robinson R44 Raven, went down in dense forest.

According to local police, cited by portal Wirtualna Polska, the search team found wreckage in a heavily wooded area.

"Unfortunately, the 30-year-old pilot died," police said. Bad weather is suspected as a possible cause. An investigation is underway.
