To sleep comfortably on hot days, it is recommended to put the bedding in the freezer for five minutes.

Therapist Yelena Pavlova told NEWS.ru that washing the ankles and wrists with cool water effectively reduces body temperature.

Before going to bed, wrap the sheet in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for five minutes. This method provides coolness for several hours.

You can hang a wet cloth on the windows or stick foil that reflects sunlight. If you don't have an air conditioner, place a bowl of ice in front of a fan.

Hold your neck, wrists, and ankles in cold water, as large blood vessels pass through these areas.

Carry a water spray with aloe vera juice or a few drops of peppermint oil. In the metro, avoid standing near the entrance doors of platforms; move to the center of the car where air flows better.

Do not go out between 12:00 and 16:00, as the asphalt overheats even in the shade.

Avoid suddenly dousing yourself with ice water, as it can cause heatstroke and blood vessel spasms.

Do not sit in front of a fan without clothes or directly in the air stream to prevent nerve and muscle chills.
