A massive fire at a hotel in southern New Delhi, the capital of India, has killed at least 13 foreign nationals.
According to Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal, the victims include citizens from Mozambique, Nigeria, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Liberia, Congo, and Iraq.
Over 20 foreigners were also injured in the incident. The ministry is in contact with all relevant embassies and providing necessary assistance.
The fire broke out early on June 3. In total, 21 people died and 47 were rescued. The cause is under investigation, and the hotel owner has been arrested.
