In Iran's Zanjan province, criminal charges have been filed against 1,000 individuals in connection with the January protests and the 40-day war.
Oxu.Az reports, citing the "Free Iran" Telegram channel, that Iran's judiciary has released this information.
They are accused of organizing and participating in propaganda against the media and the government during the protests.
Additionally, charges have been brought against 111 people in Sistan and Baluchestan province and 700 in Mazandaran province.
Some suspects are reported to be living abroad.
