Iran's missile strikes have completely destroyed a US Air Force operations center at Al Udeid Air Base near Doha, Qatar.
According to Oxu.Az, citing "Air and Space Forces Magazine," the command post suffered "serious damage." The magazine reported, based on unnamed senior US officials and other informed sources, that the facility was directly hit by multiple Iranian missiles.
The incident occurred during the early weeks of the US-Israel war with Iran. The publication claims the command center is now unusable.
At the time of the strikes, the facility was not in use by the US Armed Forces, and no casualties were reported among personnel. The center at Al Udeid is subordinate to the US Air Forces Central Command for the Middle East and Southwest Asia.
The proximity of the center to Iran has raised questions about the feasibility of its restoration. Until now, no information had been released about Iran effectively destroying this US command post.
