Iran's state television has disclosed an unofficial draft of a potential memorandum of understanding with the United States.
According to the draft, Iran would restore commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz to pre-war levels within one month.
In return, the US would withdraw its military forces around Iran and lift the naval blockade.
