Iran has disclosed its key conditions for initiating negotiations with Washington.

According to Oxu.Az citing TASS, this was stated by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baqai.

Baqai said that talks on a final agreement will only begin after the implementation of clauses 1, 5, 10, and 11 of the Iran-US memorandum.
