The memorandum aimed at resolving conflicts between the United States and Iran includes 14 issues.
Oxu.Az reports that details of the document were shared by the Mehr agency.
The agreed provisions include:
- Lifting the naval blockade within 30 days and withdrawal of US forces from border areas with Iran.
- Preparation of reconstruction plans worth at least $300 billion by the US and allies for Iran's rebuilding.
- Suspension of sanctions on Iran's oil and oil product exports.
- Holding nuclear program negotiations within the next 60 days and signing a final agreement.
- Iran's conditions for starting nuclear talks: release of $12 billion in assets, lifting the blockade, and freezing oil sanctions.
