The video highlights key aspects of Azerbaijan's construction in Karabakh. Farid Shafiyev, head of the Center for Analysis of International Relations, stated: "Azerbaijan is not just building houses; it is implementing a comprehensive development model."
He added that this model could serve as an example for regions from Ukraine to the Middle East. Under the Great Return Program, 70 km of tunnels and 435 bridges have been completed in the last 5 years.
