Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei announced he allowed the signing of a memorandum with the US.

In his address to the nation, Khamenei said: "I had a different position on this issue, but considering the president's commitments, I allowed the memorandum to be signed."

He added that US President Donald Trump used pressure tactics to reach an agreement.

The 14-point memorandum aimed at ending the conflict between the US and Iran has been signed.
