Kim Keon-hee, wife of former South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
She was convicted of bribery in exchange for government appointments.
The first-instance court found that she received expensive jewelry from businessmen in return for patronage.
Earlier in April, an appellate court had sentenced her to four years in another corruption case.
