Evika Silinya has resigned as Prime Minister of Latvia.

This was reported by Oxu.Az, citing the publication "Sputnik Latvia".

Although it was expected that the Prime Minister would make a statement in parliament, she instead held a press conference at the Cabinet of Ministers.
