Lebanese President Joseph Aoun stated that the army will be deployed along the border with Israel.

He made the remarks during a meeting with US Central Command head Admiral Brad Cooper in Beirut.

Aoun emphasized: "The Lebanese army will be deployed along the entire internationally recognized border, and Israel must not hinder this."

He also highlighted the importance of successfully implementing the framework agreement signed in Washington on June 26.
