Famous singer Svetlana Loboda, who left Russia, has sold her 1,200 square meter villa near Moscow for 850 million rubles (approximately 20 million manat).
According to the Mash Telegram channel, the artist had been unable to find a buyer for the property since 2023. The sale finally took place in May. The buyer is one of Russia's major businessmen.
The new owner acquired a fully renovated and furnished three-story house with four bedrooms, two dining rooms, a bar, a billiard room, and a pool. The complex also includes a landscaped garden with an attic, staff housing, a guest house, a security post, and a garage.
Loboda put the house up for sale immediately after leaving Russia in 2022. At that time, she asked for 650 million rubles but later raised the price to 850 million rubles. Until the sale, the mansion was rented out for 1.3 million rubles per month.
