Dutch police have arrested a 28-year-old man who threatened to detonate explosives at The Hague city hall.
According to Oxu.Az, the "Hart van Nederland" portal reported this citing a police spokesperson.
The suspect, half-naked, entered the city hall at 11:20 AM local time (13:20 Baku time) carrying a backpack. He told security guards he had a bomb inside.
The building was evacuated, and police and negotiators arrived. The suspect immediately agreed to cooperate and surrendered voluntarily.
No bomb was found on him. It later emerged that he was already known to police as a "person with inappropriate behavior."
