Monaco investigators believe a woman placed the explosive device at the entrance of a residential building on Rue Révérend Père Louis Frolla.
According to Oxu.Az, the newspaper Le Figaro reported this based on its sources. Surveillance footage shows a suspect wearing a black hat, black top, light-colored trousers, and black sneakers. Authorities estimate the suspect is a woman in her 30s.
Investigations are exploring a potential connection to Ukraine. The woman is reported to have surveilled the location days and hours before the explosion. She is suspected of fleeing to a neighboring country.
The explosion on June 29 injured three people, including Cypriot national Vadim Yermolayev, described as one of Ukraine's wealthiest businessmen.
