A woman injured in an explosion in Monaco has had her leg amputated. The man with her suffered burns and shrapnel wounds.
According to "Nice-Matin", the woman's legs were partially severed, and she was rushed to hospital where the lower limb was amputated.
BFMTV reported that after the blast, a woman without legs was lying near the stairs.
Another young person (unidentified) was hospitalized with burns and crush injuries.
"Nice-Matin" and "Le Figaro" report that among the injured is Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Yermolayev, who was in the building with his wife and son at the time of the explosion. Monaco's Minister of State Christophe Mirman said that in addition to the initial three wounded, four more people were hospitalized.
