Monaco investigative authorities have identified the suspect responsible for the explosion that occurred in a residential building on Rue Révérend Père Louis Frolla.

Oxu.Az reports that the AFP news agency cited the Monaco Prosecutor's Office.

"An arrest warrant has been issued, and a Red Notice will be issued by Interpol this evening," the agency quoted from the prosecutor's statement.

Earlier, Le Figaro newspaper reported that the suspect might be a Ukrainian woman living in Germany.

Note that on June 29, three people were injured in an explosion at the entrance of a residential building in Monaco.
