The terrorist attack in Monaco was carried out by detonating a parcel bomb containing explosives. The principality's government announced this on social network X.
Three people were injured in the incident: two adults and a child. Among the wounded are Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Yermolayev, his wife, and their child.
Monaco's Minister of State Christophe Mirman called the event a terrorist act and emphasized that nothing like this had happened in the principality's history. Later, a photo of the suspect in organizing the attack was released to the public.
