Doctors Paula Samper and Xavyer Marin have recommended the most accurate method for measuring blood pressure (arterial pressure).
According to Oxu.Az, their advice was published by HuffPost. They explain that blood pressure should be measured three times consecutively, with one or two-minute intervals. The most accurate reading is the average of the second and third measurements.
Experts advise using only certified blood pressure monitors. One of the most common mistakes is taking the measurement while under stress.
Doctors warn that anxiety or even worry about the result can temporarily raise the readings.
