In Toulouse, France, a mother and her two children armed themselves and attacked a school, injuring several people.
The incident began after a misunderstanding between a school supervisor and a third-grade student. The student called his parents, who soon arrived at the school armed.
Witnesses reported that instead of calming her children, the mother encouraged her son to act more aggressively. The family attacked the supervisor and two female students in the schoolyard.
Police arrested all three. In their car, they found knives, a meat cleaver, pepper spray, and a toy gun.
The prosecutor's office is treating the incident as attempted murder. Although the victims sustained minor injuries, a psychological support center has been set up at the school.
