A US court has dismissed Elon Musk's compensation claim against OpenAI and its co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman.
Oxu.Az reports, citing The New York Times.
The decision was based on the claim being filed after the three-year statute of limitations had expired.
In 2024, Musk sued OpenAI and Microsoft, accusing them of illegally profiting from his assets after OpenAI became a for-profit entity.
The billionaire sought $150 billion in damages.
In April, a US district court had already rejected some of Musk's demands. The case continued on two counts: breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment.
