A cholera outbreak is rapidly spreading in Borno State, northeastern Nigeria.
Since early May, at least 37 deaths and over 3,000 infections have been reported.
The disease has affected 36 districts, with the city of Maiduguri accounting for over half of all cases.
Health authorities are implementing measures to strengthen water supply, sanitation, and hygiene systems.
