Marius Borg Høiby, the son of Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit, will not be released from custody until court hearings.
According to Oxu.Az, this information was published by "Spiegel".
The Norwegian court ruled that despite the serious health problems of his mother, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, the accused cannot be released. The appellate court concluded that "there is a high risk that Høiby will commit further crimes if released".
Recall that Høiby has been in custody since February and faces charges on a total of 40 different episodes, including sexual violence against four women. The prosecution is seeking a sentence of seven years and seven months of imprisonment.
