Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has expressed concern regarding Russia's 102nd military base in Gyumri.

He emphasized that the base must operate in accordance with Armenian legislation and under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia.

Pashinyan stated that the government does not feel any concern about possible steps by Russia to defend its citizens using this base.
