The Pentagon may change the name of the joint US-Israel operation against Iran from "Epic Fury" to "Hammer" if President Donald Trump decides to resume military activities.
According to NBC News, citing two US officials, the discussion of a new name demonstrates the seriousness of Washington's intention to restart strikes on Iran.
A Pentagon spokesperson told NBC that despite the ceasefire, Operation Epic Fury has not been suspended. If clashes resume, US military strength in the region will significantly increase compared to February.
