Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian admitted to the significant damage caused by the war with the US and Israel.

During a meeting with heads of public relations departments, Pezeshkian revealed that energy infrastructure suffered heavy losses, production declined, and gasoline shortages emerged.

"230 million cubic meters of gas facilities, power plants, petrochemical and steel plants were hit. It is not correct to claim we have no problems," he emphasized.

Pezeshkian defended honest narrative-building, accusing those who spread false information to society of being under the influence of Satan.

Notably, some official media outlets either cut or misrepresented his speech. For instance, the "Nur-nyus" website portrayed his remarks as complaints about the spread of wrong messages.
