A small plane crashed onto a highway in Laredo, Texas, USA.
According to Oxu.Az citing the Associated Press, there were 6 people on board, one of whom died.
The plane caught fire after the crash. Videos on social media show the plane lying on its side in flames on the highway.
Several drivers tried to break the cockpit window to rescue those inside. A witness reported that three teenagers and a "pilot-like" person emerged from the plane. Another crew member attempted to extract an unconscious passenger.
Traffic on both sides of the highway has been halted. The cause of the accident remains unknown.
