Police kills son in Adana, surrenders

Retired police officer in Adana kills his drug-addicted son and surrenders voluntarily. Incident in Sarıçam district.

Police kills son in Adana, surrenders

A retired 52-year-old police officer, Faruk Kayhan, shot and killed his 23-year-old son in Adana, Turkey.

The incident occurred in Sarıçam district. The son, suffering from drug addiction, asked for money and attacked his father with a knife. The father then shot him multiple times.

After the killing, Kayhan voluntarily surrendered to the police and waited by the body.
