Yuri Ushakov, an aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin, announced that a prominent Russian businessman has visited Kyiv.
According to Oxu.Az, Ushakov stated this in an interview with Pavel Zarubin, a journalist for Vesti.
Ushakov also discussed Russia's contacts with the Ukrainian authorities, noting that Moscow has both open and closed channels with Kyiv. He added that open contacts existed when both sides held several rounds of negotiations.
