Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to make a one-day visit to Beijing on May 20.
According to Oxu.Az, the South China Morning Post reported this information citing sources.
The report says the Russian leader's visit to China is routine and part of regular contacts between Moscow and Beijing.
Therefore, no parade or official welcoming ceremony is planned during the visit.
It is noted that this will be the first time China meets two world leaders in the same month outside multilateral events.
Recall that today US leader Donald Trump's three-day official visit to Beijing ended. The White House head discussed the conflict between Russia and Ukraine during talks with leader Xi Jinping.
Earlier, Kremlin official Dmitry Peskov said Putin's planned visit to China would be extremely significant. He added that both sides consider the meeting an important event.
