Qarabag club may transfer Zakaria Savo, a Swedish striker from Djurgårdens IF. This information was reported by Oxu.Az citing Sportime.sigmalive.

According to the report, Savo currently plays for AEL Limassol on loan, and after the loan ends, he is expected to continue his career at Azerbaijani club Qarabag.

Following his successful stint in Cyprus, the striker caught Qarabag's attention, and negotiations with Djurgårdens IF are in the final stage. The Aghdam representative hopes to finalize the contract within the next week.

Savo transferred from Aris Limassol to Djurgårdens IF last year but failed to secure a spot in the Swedish team's lineup. He scored only 1 goal in 18 matches and was loaned to AEL Limassol at the end of last December.

He impressed in Cyprus, scoring 9 goals and providing one assist in four and a half months.

It is reported that AEL wants to sign the player permanently, but Qarabag has already sent an official offer to Djurgårdens IF. Both teams are in the final stage of negotiations.
