Paris prosecutors are investigating who sent racist letters to black members of parliament.
According to BFMTV, the offensive letters were received by Daniel Obono, Ali Diuara, Carlos Martens Bilongo, and Nadej Abomangoli.
The letters included caricatures parodying Herge's "Tintin in the Congo" with captions such as "MPs escaped from the zoo" and "Unbowed France? That's what we need, boss."
The MPs' lawyer stated that the complaint aims to hold those who incite racist hatred accountable.
