US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said there are positive signs that a deal with Iran is near.
Oxu.Az reports citing RBC that Rubio made the statement but added that he does not want to be overly optimistic.
The Secretary stressed that if Tehran imposes fees for passage through the Strait of Hormuz, no agreement will be possible. He called such steps 'completely illegal'.
'No one in the world supports a system of tolls for passage. It cannot happen. Such a move would be unacceptable,' Rubio warned Iran.
