Russia has imposed a temporary restriction on flower imports from Armenia, effective May 22.
The ban comes from Rosselkhoznadzor after detecting quarantine pests in Armenian greenhouses.
Inspections revealed 135 pest species in 96.2 million flower products, posing a serious threat to the Eurasian Economic Union.
Despite guarantees from Armenia's Food Safety Inspectorate, the issue remains unresolved.
