General Aleksus Grynkevich, NATO's Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, stated that Russia is not interested in any conflict with the alliance.

According to the Financial Times, the general analyzed intelligence data and concluded that Russia is not seeking military confrontation.

"They fully understand the essence of a 'defense alliance' and recognize that we have certain asymmetric advantages," the US general said.
