A severe heatwave in Spain from June 21 to 24 has caused over 200 deaths, according to the "MoMo" monitoring system.
The system analyzes daily mortality data, comparing it with historical forecasts. On June 25, over 100 million Europeans, including 50 million French and 18 million Germans, faced temperatures exceeding 35°C.
France recorded its second consecutive day of record-breaking heat, with temperatures surpassing 40°C.
