The number of active satellites in SpaceX's Starlink constellation has surpassed 10,400, reaching 10,442 after the latest batch launched on May 25.
Since May 2019, SpaceX has launched over 12,000 internet satellites, with some decommissioned or removed from orbit.
Since the start of 2026, the company has sent more than 1,100 Starlink satellites into orbit using Falcon 9 rockets.
SpaceX plans to create a full constellation of 12,000 satellites to provide broadband internet anywhere on Earth, with total investments estimated at $10 billion.
Starlink currently covers 160 countries and territories, serving over 10 million active users with high-speed internet.
