UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has announced he will dedicate more time to his family after stepping down.
According to The Guardian, Starmer said in his final speech: "After leaving the most important post in the state, I will turn my attention to the most important area of my life."
He emphasized wanting to be an ideal husband to his wife Vic and a perfect father to his children.
Starmer pledged full support to his successor, stating the next PM will inherit a "stronger and fairer" Britain.
He will remain in office until the election to ensure a smooth transition.
