Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized that the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is not a military alliance.
“Recently, there have been statements characterizing our unity as a military alliance. Kazakhstan considers it necessary to reject such a position,” Tokayev said.
He noted that the OTS is a unique platform for trade-economic, high-tech, digital, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
Tokayev stressed that strengthening the unity of the Turkic world is a priority and that this unity must be preserved.
