A dog trained to detect drugs has attacked Vice Admiral Arturo Oxley of the Chilean Navy during an official ceremony.
According to Oxu.Az, the incident was reported by "BioBioChile." Belgian Malinois dogs are specially trained to detect narcotics in Chile. During the ceremony, one of the dogs jumped towards the vice admiral and grabbed his trouser pocket.
The cause was attributed to the dog's age, temperament, and high excitement. Arturo Oxley was not injured, but his uniform was damaged. The dog is undergoing retraining and is under the supervision of the naval police.
