Truck Overturns in Afghanistan: 18 Dead, 30 Injured

A truck carrying returning Afghan refugees overturned in Laghman province, eastern Afghanistan.

At least 18 people were killed and 30 injured. Among the dead are 10 children and 5 women.

The injured were taken to nearby hospitals, some in critical condition. An investigation is underway.
