White House leader Donald Trump has denied reports that the US plans to pay $300 million to Iran, calling them completely false.
According to Oxu.Az, Trump made the statement on his 'Truth Social' network.
'Iran has never agreed to forgo nuclear weapons. The news of the US paying $300 million to Iran is fake information spread by Democrats,' the White House leader said in his post.
It should be noted that while Trump wrote about the $300 million payment, earlier some media outlets had reported that Iran could access a $300 billion fund intended for the country's reconstruction.
