U.S. President Donald Trump has appointed William Pulte, head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, to a new role.

According to Oxu.Az, Trump wrote on his Truth Social account: "I am appointing William Pulte, head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency and chairman of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, as Acting Director of National Intelligence."
