US President Donald Trump said he was unaware of a planned attack on the White House.

According to Oxu.Az citing TASS, the president made this statement while answering journalists' questions.

"No, I haven't heard anything about it. The only attack I witnessed was with UFC fighters," Trump added jokingly, prompting laughter from reporters.

Fox News previously reported that US law enforcement thwarted an attack on a UFC event held on the White House grounds on the night of June 15. Police arrested five suspects, and a total of 23 individuals are believed to be involved.
