U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that any new agreement with Iran will be the complete opposite of the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
Oxu.Az reports that the White House leader made this announcement on his Truth Social account.
"If I sign any agreement with Iran, it will be a completely fair and proper deal. This step will in no way resemble the Obama-era deal that gave Iran large sums of money and directly enabled it to acquire nuclear weapons. The agreement we propose is the exact opposite, but no one has seen it yet and is unaware of its contents. There is currently no full agreement on the document. Therefore, you should not listen to failed individuals who criticize without any information. Unlike my predecessors, who should have resolved this issue years ago, I do not sign harmful agreements," he said in the post.
