White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News that President Donald Trump will only sign documents that align with U.S. interests and national security requirements.

According to her, Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner will continue negotiations to secure a final agreement fully serving the American people.

Leavitt emphasized: "President Trump will not sign any document that does not serve the interests of our state and national security."

Recall that on June 18, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the U.S. and Iran, covering cessation of hostilities, negotiations for a final deal within 60 days, phased sanctions relief, and discussion of Iran's nuclear program.
